ONLY locks premitted on units are the locks sold from rental office. Lock is yours to keep.

Move out form must be filled out 3 days before next payment is due.

Deposit refunded after unit is emptied, cleaned out and no damage found.
When do I get my security deposit back?

Do I need ID to rent unit?
Yes, must be current ID of person renting the unit.
Do I need a Title or
Registration for my vehicle?
Yes,Title or Registration must be in the owners name
and the owner must
rent unit or space.
Do You offer Auto Pay?
Our office can set you up for auto pay when renting unit or space.
How can we help keep
rodents out of unit?

Do you have pallets to keep my property off the ground?
Yes, our customers may use as many pallets need FREE of charge inside thier unit.
Can I use clue traps
inside of my unit?
No, we do not allow glue traps to be used in units.
